Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Berbasis Augmented Reality untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Siswa pada Materi Sains

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Augmented Reality guna meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada materi sains. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian melibatkan ahli materi, ahli media, guru, dan siswa sekolah menengah. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, angket validasi, angket respons pengguna, observasi, serta tes pemahaman siswa. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk menilai tingkat validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas media yang dikembangkan. Hasil analisis kebutuhan menunjukkan bahwa siswa memiliki kebutuhan tinggi terhadap media pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif, visual, dan berbasis teknologi. Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan bahwa media memperoleh rata-rata skor sebesar 90,25% dengan kategori sangat valid. Hasil uji kepraktisan menunjukkan bahwa media memperoleh skor 93,00% dari guru dan 89,20% dari siswa, dengan rata-rata 91,10% dalam kategori sangat praktis. Sementara itu, hasil uji efektivitas menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, yang ditunjukkan oleh rata-rata nilai pretest sebesar 57,81 dan posttest sebesar 84,38, dengan nilai N-gain sebesar 0,63 dalam kategori sedang. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis Augmented Reality layak, praktis, dan cukup efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran sains. Dengan demikian, media ini dapat menjadi alternatif inovatif untuk mendukung pembelajaran yang lebih menarik, interaktif, dan bermakna serta membantu siswa memahami konsep sains yang bersifat abstrak secara lebih konkret.
