Aims and Scope
Tanzhim al Usrah: Journal of Islamic Family Law is a scholarly journal dedicated to the study and development of knowledge in the field of Islamic family law. The journal aims to provide an academic platform for researchers, lecturers, students, legal practitioners, and policy observers to publish original and high quality scholarly works.
This journal promotes critical, analytical, and interdisciplinary studies on various issues of Islamic family law in both classical and contemporary contexts. It encourages contributions that examine legal norms, court practices, social dynamics, reform efforts, and the implementation of Islamic family law in different settings.

The journal accepts original research articles, conceptual papers, and literature-based studies that have not been published or submitted elsewhere. All submitted manuscripts must be relevant to the journal’s focus and scope and will undergo an editorial and peer review process.
